FestivALL 
What: A day of music and fun from the city’s Parks and Rec department
When: Saturday, June 27th, from 10 am to 4 pm
Where: City Hall Plaza, 450 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond
Why: Classic cars, live music, and enough family fun to go around — the FestivALL is a one-of-a-kind Civic Center celebration.

Inventors’ Workshop at the Library
What: A day of invention for kids, presented by the Lawrence Hall of Science
When: Saturday, June 27th, from 3 pm to 4 pm
Where: Richmond Public Library, 325 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond 
Why: As the FestivALL winds down, head over the the library to teach your kids how to create their own moving electronic machines.

An Old School Afterparty
What: The afterparty to the FestivALL, inspired by Minnie Leu’s historic Blues club
When: Saturday, June 27th, from 5 pm to 9 pm
Where: Richmond Memorial Auditorium, 450 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond 
Why: After the FestivALL, the Richmond Memorial Auditorium will be transformed into a replication of Minnie Leu’s historic North Richmond Blues club. With a live DJ, a silent auction, and much more, it’s an afterparty not to be missed.

Music in the Courtyard
What: Singer-songwriter Dylan Connor performs in the Richmond Art Center courtyard.
When: Sunday, June 28th, from 5 pm to 7 pm
Where: Richmond Art Center, 2540 Barrett Avenue, Richmond
Why: This intimate performance is a great opportunity to enjoy local music in the beautiful Richmond Art Center courtyard.

Jamming at the Baltic
What: The Baltic’s regular jam session
When: Tuesday, June 30th, at 9 pm
Where: The Baltic, 135 Park Place, Point Richmond
Why: The Baltic offers some of the best music in Richmond, and their Tuesday jam sessions are an invitation to join the scene.

Freshest Cargo: Mobile Farmers' Market
What: The mobile farmers’ market Freshest Cargo makes its rounds in Richmond
When: Wednesday, July 1st, from 10 am to 3:30 pm
Where: Various locations. From 10 am to 11:30, the truck will be at the YMCA located at 263 South 20th Street. From 12 pm to 1:30, the truck will be at Chelsey Ave at Fred Jackson Way in North Richmond. From 2 to 3:30, the truck will be at the Parchester Community Center located at 900 Williams Drive, Richmond
Why: Densely urban environments are often the most difficult places to find fresh produce. Freshest Cargo has a mission to change that, one neighborhood at a time. Stop by for quality food at affordable prices.
