The outcome of the various races remains the same while the count and percentages changed slightly.

Joe Biden still has a clear lead over Bernie Sanders in the 11th Congressional District.

The most controversial ballot measure in West County is the $575 million Measure R school bond measure. A majority of 55% is required for passage. The percentage increased since Friday’s count and the measure has 1463 vote lead.

According to the Elections Division web site, this is what is left to count countywide:

300 ~ Other
20,000 ~ Provisional
800 ~ Conditional Voter Registration
21,100 ~Total Estimate
