The Contra Costa Elections Division posted another update midafternoon on Wednesday.

The WCCUSD Bond Measure—Measure R—has increased its lead and now has 1,888 votes more than needed to reach the 55% threshold.

In the 11^th Congressional District, Joe Biden has increased his lead and while the transportation tax—Measure J—has increased the number of YES votes, it’s still about 16% short of passing.

The Elections Division reports the following uncounted ballots:
