On July 5, 2017 at approximately 5:45 PM, 12 yr. old Jessica Padilla was at the Richmond public library when her mother picked her up. Jessica and her mother were involved in an argument and Jessica ran back into the library. Jessica has not been seen since. RPD officers and detectives have been working on this case and are out looking for her.

Jessica is a Hispanic female and she stands 5' 5" tall, weighs 140 lbs, black long hair and brown eyes. Jessica was last seen wearing a green shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
