NorCal Masters at the Craneway
What: The 5th annual, weekend-long fitness competition at the Craneway.

Why: You may not be a body builder yourself, but you can live vicariously through one this weekend. Stop by the Craneway to see the Bay Area’s fittest compete.

What: Richmond Main Street Initiative’s weekly Tae Kwon Do class with Master Taylor.
When: Saturday, January 24th, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am
Where: BBK Center for Health & Healing, 301 9th Street, Richmond
Why: Mastor Taylor teaches this weekly class to young kids, adults, and everyone in between. For a free, fun sample of Tae Kwon Do, this is your moment.

Zumba on Main Street
What: Richmond Main Street Initiative’s regular Zumba class
When: Monday, January 26th, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Where: BBK Center for Health and Healing, 310 9th Street, Richmond
Why: Zumba is a fun, high-energy fitness program that blends red-hot international music with Latin-inspired dance steps. Come out on Thursday for some evening exercise.
