The General Warehouse harkens back to the days of the Kaiser Shipyards in World War II.  The building has a unique design and, while it has fallen into disrepair in recent years and has been the victim of taggers and window breakers, it would seem that this might be a great site for a business looking for a large multi storied building on the water front with hundreds of parking spaces.
