African American Caucus to hold candidate forum

for

State Assembly

Saturday ~ November 4, 2017

11 AM to 2 PM

 

The California Democratic Party African American Caucus will hold a Democratic candidate forum for State Assembly District 15. Assembly District 15 includes the cities of Albany, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Emeryville, Hercules, Pinole, Richmond, San Pablo, and parts of Oakland. Currently, the district is represented by Tony Thurmond, who is running for State Superintendent of Public Instruction. 

The forum will be held in the General Education Building at Contra Costa College, 2600 Mission Bell Dr, San Pablo, CA.

The moderator will be Post News Group publisher Paul Cobb.

The forum is sponsored by Contra Costa College, Black Women Organized for Political Action, The Post News Group, El Cerrito Democratic Club, United Teachers of Richmond, and Contra Costa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. The forum is free and open to the public.
